This was a platoon sized organization of 1 officer and 10 enlisted personnel. Ours was the 1st Signal Detachment (Troubleshooter).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The detachment supported both aircraft and ground avionics assets of which there were many. Each aircrft had at least 4 radios with C&amp;C having many additional. Operations alone had 10 additional sets.
