At the last membership business meeting (2024 Reunion, Las Vegas) numerous options for continuing reunions were discussed. Due to the aging population of members, fewer and fewer are able to attend. Therefore new options are being investigated. These include, but are not limited to,
- Continue annual reunions in Las Vegas
- Combine reunions with Manchus (4/9 Infantry) in Branson, MO
- Solo 187th AHC reunion in Branson, MO
- Discontinue annual reunions
